How to do

  • Play some Relaxing meditation music.
  • Sit or lie comfortably.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Simply breathe naturally. 
  • Feel the relaxation and enjoy the moment.


Cat Cow Pose

    How to do

    • Inhale and come in cow pose with the tabletop position with the hands on the floor.
    • Gaze the ceiling .
    • Arch your back.
    • Exhale and come in cat pose with the rounding of your back.
    • Gaze your belly.
    • Repeat this pose for 10-20 times with proper inhale and exhale.
    • Gradually release your body with sitting back on your heels and your torso upright.

    Legs Up The Wall Pose

    Legs Up The Wall Pose

    How to do

    • Start with the supported version of this pose.
    • Place some firm and long pillow against the wall.
    • Lie down and rest your body on the floor.
    • Try to be close to the wall and your lower back must be supported by the pillow.
    • Close your eyes and relax.
    • Hold this posture for 5 to 10 breaths.
    • For release , push yourself away from the wall ,come in the seated position with the help of your hands.

      How to do

      • Come in seated position,bring soles of the feet together and spread your thighs.
      • Lengthen your spinal bone.
      • Hold your feet and slowly lean forward through the upper body as much as you can .
      • Place your elbows on the tops of your thighs and gently press down until you feel a stretch.
      • Stay there for 5-10 breaths.


      Bridge Pose

        How to do

        • Lie on your back and relax with proper inhale and exhale
        • Inhale and bend your knees and Lift up your body with the help of feet pressing towards the floor.
        • Legs should be wide apart.
        • Chest should be the lifted up with the help your arms and palms of both arms should be joint together
        • Hold this posture for about 4-8 breaths with proper inhale and exhale
        • Exhale and gradually release your body.

        Cobra Pose

        How to do

        • Lie on the ground with the face downwards.
        • Place your hands underneath your shoulder
        • Inhale and Straighten your arms and lift up your chest
        • Keep your abdomen engaged,look upwards.
        • Hold this posture for 10-15 breaths with proper breathing
        • Exhale and release your body.
        Many other yoga postures and sequences are there for leading a happy and healthy life.
